Medical Center Orthotics and Prosthetics, LLC is Hiring a Junior Marketing Associate Near Silver Spring, MD
MCOP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to dive into various aspects of marketing, including market research, campaign development, social media management, and analytics.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Collateral Support
- File organization and document control for marketing print collateral.
- Ensuring all print media is in stock and available in clinics, replacing and updating old or obsolete print materials. Re-ordering and restocking each clinic’s standardized patient focused materials.
- Assist in management and execution of staff apparel and clothing.
- Assist in coordination of giveaways and MCOP.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain company CRM database. (Hubspot)
Content Creation:
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, utilizing both written skills and proficiency in visual content creation.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research, paying particular attention to visual trends, to inform and enhance the aesthetic appeal of marketing materials.
- Summarize findings and provide visual insights to complement marketing strategies.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize your analytical skills to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual content, making recommendations to improve the overall visual impact of campaigns.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for events, incorporating your photography skills when necessary.
Social Media Management:
- Use your expertise to curate and manage visually stunning social media accounts, engaging with followers, and staying on top of visual trends.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Marketing Manager
- Works closely with key contacts in all company branches.
